In Honor Of Grandma S...

...and also because it sounded dang good.

I made "Rabbit-In-A-Hole" for the first time today, and boy, was it yummy. The recipe I used calls it Egg-In-A-Hole, and then lists many different names for it, but Rabbit was not among them. But that's how I know it. Grandma used to make this every so often for us when we'd be visiting, and I loved it. I also loved me some "Leaven and Bologna", aka Lebanon Bologna for those who did not have the hearing problem I apparently had as a child. :) I thought it was Leaven and Bologna until I was an adult, saw it in a deli and was like, "Wait a second...."
