We wanted to see how Jenna would react to the vacuum cleaner being turned on. You have to look closely, but you can see her eyes get a little bigger, and her eyebrows furrow a little. That's about the extent of her reaction to just about anything. What a mellow baby! :)

That reaction might change when she gets older. When Kennedy was a baby she didn't mind the vacuum either. But when she got older and more aware of the world and of people, she grew some fears as well. She is quite afraid of loud noises right now, such as the vacuum or lawn mower.
Amy doesn't mind the vacuum. She actually crawls toward it when I'm vacuuming. She also stops whatever she's doing (read: her head snaps around so fast it's a wonder it doesn't spin right off her neck) to listen to the theme song from "Monk". Coincidence? I think not.
