I want to write this down so I don't forget. I just made a really yummy smoothie, which is actually quite soothing on my sore throat (we're all sick around these here parts...again).
Kerry's Yummy Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
5 frozen strawberries
2 small bananas (or 1 large banana)
2 ice cubes
2 teaspoons honey
3/4 cup or 1 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup of V8 Strawberry Banana Fusion
1/2 cup of fat-free plain yogurt
Blend until smooth...like a smoothie. :) Then share with your daughter, who sucks it down so fast you marvel how she doesn't get permanent brain freeze.
Jenna calls it a "mummy", so when she points to mine, she says, "Mommy mummy." It's really cute.
So I don't want to jinx myself, but my computer seems to be working again...? Dunno.

Did you make this recipe by yourself? It looks tasty. Too bad I never have any V8 in the house...
I developed it based on another recipe I found on allrecipes.com that I tweaked until it was to my liking. It tastes good without the V8, too, but I think that's the ingredient that makes it extra yummy.
perhaps it's from "yummy" which maybe you say when you drink it?
